As one of the well-known international tire enterprises that entered the Chinese market at an early stage, Kumho Tires has been committed to consolidating its international corporate image. Adhering to the corporate philosophy of "quality first, customer paramount," they have consistently upheld two brands: product quality brand and service brand.

Product quality is Kumho Tire's most important brand. Kumho Tires continuously strengthens research and development, possessing an indoor driving laboratory for testing and evaluating various tire performances. They directly input noise and vibration data generated when a car travels at 200 km/h into detection equipment. With a 300,000x electron analysis microscope, they observe and analyze the tread, continuously improving the accuracy of tire structure, tire rotation, and thermal analysis to ensure the safety and comfort of tires while driving.

In August this year, Kumho (China) Tire Sales Co., Ltd. invited the General Administration of Quality Supervision to conduct quality tests on various branded and model tires. The test results showed that Kumho Tires had a slight edge in quality. In a test where the curb height was 10 cm, using the Buick Excelle model traveling at speeds of 30 km/h and 50 km/h, it was found that Kumho tires remained "intact" under speed conditions ranging from 20 km/h to 40 km/h. However, two other brands of tires experienced bulging issues at speeds of 35 km/h and 40 km/h respectively.

Service brand is Kumho Tires' second brand. They adhere to the principle of prioritizing consumer interests, providing quality services to consumers. They have set up a national free 800 service hotline, with professionals answering questions related to usage and quality. Professional after-sales service personnel are arranged in 16 offices nationwide to serve customers of specialized stores. Currently, Kumho Tires has over 250 distributors and more than 1,200 retail stores in China.

In April this year, Kumho Tires grandly opened its first flagship high-end distribution store, "Tire Pro Car Station," in Shanghai. "Tire Pro Car Station" offers professional tire-related services as well as one-stop car services including modifications, maintenance, repairs, and car washing targeted at high-end customers. They plan to develop 30 franchise stores within the year and subsequently establish more than 300 chain stores nationwide, establishing Kumho Tires' international high-end distribution store brand image, providing professional tire technical services and comprehensive car care services to a wide range of consumers.
