On the night of August 17, a murder case occurred in the Finance Bureau residential area of Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province. According to the investigation, the victim was named Li Xingguang, who was the director of the Transportation Bureau of Hegang City. The police preliminarily speculated that this was a revenge killing. Currently, the police have issued a reward order for information, hoping that those with knowledge will contact them quickly.
It is understood that Li Xingguang was a local official in Hegang and had served as the director of the Transportation Bureau for many years. During his term, the Transportation Bureau had multiple economic disputes with outsiders and internal employees. He said that some people indeed had grievances against the Transportation Bureau. Based on eyewitness interviews and surveillance footage, it was preliminarily determined that the suspect was one person, male, around 40 years old. The police's investigation direction is initially focused on revenge killings.
