The vice president of Liaoning University was suspected of plagiarizing papers and it was basically true. However, the school said that he was not directly responsible for the incident as the plagiarism was committed by a doctoral student.
An authoritative academic journal in the domestic philosophy circle, Philosophical Research, published in its fourth issue this year an article titled "What is 'Theory'?" written by "Lu Jierong and Yang Lun". The article was suspected of plagiarizing from a lecture manuscript written years ago by Wang Lingyun, a lecturer at Yunnan University, titled "What is Theory (Theory)?" After comparison, at least 80% of the content of "What is 'Theory'?" was found to have been copied verbatim from Wang Lingyun's article.
