Pork Liver and Egg Porridge
Ingredients: 50 grams of fresh pork liver, one fresh egg, and 100 grams of rice. First, cook the rice in a pot until it blossoms. Mash the pork liver into a paste, sauté briefly with a little cooking oil, and set aside. Beat the egg into egg flowers, then add the warm pork liver and egg flowers into the porridge, cooking until it reaches a consistent porridge texture. Once lukewarm, season to taste and serve. This dish can be consumed every other day.
Pork liver is rich in high-quality protein, as well as calcium, phosphorus, and Vitamin A. Eggs contain ovoprotein and globulin, essential for infant and toddler growth, and are also abundant in minerals like calcium and phosphorus. This makes this dish an ideal food for children's growth and height development.
