Currently, the total supply and demand for coal, electricity, oil, gas, transportation and fertilizer in our country are basically balanced, but some regions still face relatively tight supplies of coal for power generation, diesel and electricity, while pressure has increased to stabilize fertilizer and other agricultural means prices. It is necessary to further adopt effective measures, make scientific arrangements, coordinate and cooperate, and resolve prominent contradictions comprehensively. First, fully guarantee the needs of coal, electricity, oil and transportation in disaster areas.
