Approved by the Ministry of Public Security, the State Council’s Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office, and the China National Tourism Administration, the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security has decided to implement a new policy starting today: residents with Shenzhen hukou (household registration) can apply for a one-year multiple-trip personal tourism endorsement to Hong Kong. The Shenzhen police recently announced the details of the one-year multiple trip personal tourism endorsement. Currently, Shenzhen has over 2.32 million residents with Shenzhen hukou. These residents can apply for the multiple-trip personal tourism endorsement to Hong Kong by presenting their resident identity card and hukou book to the Exit-Entry Administration Department of the Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau.
