QDII, what should investors do?

QDII funds established in September and October 2007 have become the pioneers of China's funds formally beginning to sail overseas. Some people nickname them as "early martyrs" or "cannon fodders". When these funds were launched, they encountered a major global market adjustment. Their net asset values broke through 1 yuan, 0.9 yuan, and 0.8 yuan one after another, making investors feel harrowing. Judging from the first quarterly report that was released by late January of the four funds, without exception, all of them underperformed their benchmark indexes. So how should investors who hold QDII handle their investments in this context?
