Yang Times reported that a couple who were addicted to gambling and high consumption had no means to meet their monthly expenditures. Subsequently, they misappropriated others' identity information, applied for 20 credit cards to go on a spending spree. They were finally sentenced to 6-year and 8-year imprisonment respectively by the court for constituting the crime of fraud.
