Company Establishment Capital Verification Procedure

1. Go to the registration division of the Administration for Industry and Commerce to get the company name approved, and obtain the company name approval notice;

2. Draft the articles of association, and have them signed (sealed) by all shareholders for confirmation. The articles of association must clearly specify the investment amount, equity percentage, and contribution method (cash or physical assets, intangible assets) for each shareholder;

3. With the company name approval notice from the industrial and commercial administrative department, open a temporary company account at the bank;

4. If all shareholders contribute in cash, they should deposit the investment funds into the company's temporary account according to the investment ratio and amount stipulated in the company name approval notice and the articles of association. Investment funds can be deposited via bank transfer or direct cash deposit. It is important to note that when shareholders are depositing their investment funds, they should fill in "XX (shareholder name) investment funds" in the "purpose of payment" field on the bank deposit slip or cash deposit slip;
