Success can be replicated, but how to replicate it to achieve success?

In this world, don't just listen to what others say; rather, we need to observe what they do, then identify the decisions and strategies of successful people, imitate them, and believe that one day, we will become the protagonists in the stories of success. The era we live in is one of material scarcity, where success is relatively more arbitrary. Each person's growth experience has its own unique elements, and while there may be some general rules to follow in their successful entrepreneurial experiences, they are generally difficult to replicate. Success requires continuous innovation.

For many young people today, the belief in prioritizing skills is deeply ingrained. In fact, happiness isn't guaranteed at all times. In reality, many outstanding talents repeatedly produce products that fail to sell because the planners simply don’t understand user needs, psychology, or how to properly define product issues. Instead, they try to show off their skills and knowledge of product issues in front of their colleagues and bosses. There are many conceptual things that many people overlook, as their starting point was wrong from the very beginning. How can one expect great achievements with such a flawed foundation? Therefore, having excellent skills does not necessarily equate to success in life. Many companies fail due to overly isolated yet highly skilled individuals.

The secrets to success can be replicated, and the main reason why ordinary people fail is often because they haven't replicated these secrets. According to psychological principles, anyone's success in this world can be replicated because everyone shares the same nervous system. The only difference lies in the varying degrees to which we utilize our nervous systems. To achieve faster success, one must replicate the patterns and action styles of successful people, which will help us reach success more quickly.

To replicate success, one must first replicate the decisions of successful individuals. The reason we don’t take the same actions as successful people is that we don’t fully trust their methods. Because we lack trust, we don’t execute tasks thoroughly or give up when problems arise. Many people fail because they abandon their efforts midway due to insufficient decision-making.

It’s also essential to replicate the strategies of successful people. Strategy refers to the sequence of actions, a type of thought pattern, and a method of behavior. Sometimes, we do the same amount of work as successful people but still fail. This happens because we perform tasks in the wrong order—doing the right thing at the wrong time leads to incorrect results.

The third aspect to replicate is the physical actions of successful individuals. Through positive physical actions, we can continuously fuel our motivation. Physical actions are essentially behavioral steps or habits. With precise behavioral steps, we can complete necessary tasks in the shortest possible time, leading to success.

The truth is, most people understand the principles behind success, but few are willing to act on them. We often mistakenly assume that success is too difficult or lack firm determination in what we do, frequently questioning whether our actions will bear fruit. Without taking action, no results will occur. Thus, we can only envy others' successes or regret not doing the same as them. We consider this a major tragedy of life.

This applies to many people's lives. We narrate others' success stories but never imagine ourselves as the protagonists. To change this situation, we must begin replicating their decisions, strategies, and physical actions so that we can become the protagonists of success.
