Among the 131 failed cases, 91 cases abandoned entrepreneurship due to various reasons at the start-up stage, accounting for 69.47% of all failed cases. Among them, there were 72 cases which only had entrepreneurial ideas but did not take action, and 19 cases which did not obtain seed capital and thus unable to start operation. In the operation phase, 17 cases led to entrepreneurial failure because they could not continue operating due to lack of operational experience, including 6 cases which caused start-up failure due to improper operation. The failed entrepreneurial cases during the enterprise development stage accounted for 12.98% of the total number of start-ups.
