These can be examined from the following six aspects:
1. A business or other economic organization established in accordance with the law.
2. Ownership of trademarks, trade names and business models that can be licensed to others for use.
3. The ability to provide franchisees with long-term business guidance and training services.
4. Possession of at least two directly operated stores within China that have been operating for over a year, or directly operated stores established by its subsidiaries or holding companies [First Entrepreneurship Network].
5. For franchising requiring the franchisee to supply goods, the franchisor should have a stable system for supplying goods that can ensure quality and provide related services.
6. Possession of good credit, without any record of engaging in fraudulent activities through franchising.
