3. Convenient construction, short cycle, does not affect normal factory production (can be constructed without moving equipment on-site).
Plan Three:
Mill the existing floor, lay down 5 cm thick fine-grained concrete, then apply diamond sand wear-resistant floor material.
Advantages:
1. Can withstand heavy pressure and impact;
2. Available in different colors;
3. Durable, wear-resistant, dustproof, easy to clean.
Plan Four:
Clean and grind the original floor, then apply epoxy resin mortar coating or self-leveling floor.
Advantages:
1. Smooth surface, aesthetic, mirror-like effect;
2. Resistant to acid, alkali, salt, oil corrosion, especially good resistance to strong alkalis;
3. Dustproof, wear-resistant, impact-resistant, high hardness can withstand strong impact, has certain elasticity, ultra-high load capacity;
4. Small shrinkage after hardening, no cracks;
5. Long system service life, topcoat can be regularly maintained, not easy to bubble.
