Scope of Application (APPLICATION)
Epoxy self-leveling floors are suitable for highly clean, aesthetically pleasing, dust-free, sterile, and anti-static environments such as the electronics and microelectronics industries. They are also ideal for pharmaceutical industries that adhere to GMP standards, blood product industries, and can be used in schools, offices, homes, and other floor settings.
Performance Features (FEATURE)
1. Made from solvent-free epoxy resin combined with high-quality curing agents and conductive powder;
2. Smooth and attractive surface with a mirror-like finish;
3. Resistant to acid, alkali, salt, and oil corrosion, especially showing excellent resistance to strong alkalis;
4. Wear-resistant, pressure-resistant, impact-resistant, and has some elasticity.
Service Life (SERVICE LIFE)
Thickness over 1mm, service life exceeding 8 years.
Construction Process (PROCESSING)
1. Base surface treatment;
2. Application of a sealed primer;
3. Laying copper wire and cutting grooves;
4. Scraping on epoxy conductive intermediate paint;
5. Sanding; dust removal;
6. Applying self-leveling epoxy colored paint with a trowel in 1-2 layers.
