The Wenzhou Agriculture Bureau issued a notice, deciding to conduct activities to provide service for college students' agricultural start-ups and employment within the city.

The Wenzhou Agriculture Bureau required that agriculture bureaus in 11 counties (cities, districts) as well as all directly affiliated units create conditions to provide services for college students' agricultural start-ups and employment. The notice required all places and units to immediately begin the following work based on the actual development of modern agriculture: establish an agricultural enterprise position demand database and an agricultural project database, build information exchange and service platforms for college students' agricultural start-ups and employment; hold technical training sessions for college students' agricultural start-ups and employment to improve their abilities; compile Guidelines for College Students' Agricultural Start-ups and Employment, conduct consultations such as industrial policy consultation, agricultural resources consultation, market dynamics consultation, technical conditions consultation etc., guide college students to engage in agricultural start-ups and employment, correctly lead college students' agricultural start-ups and employment; organize experience exchange activities for college students' agricultural start-ups to improve start-up levels; implement paired services between agricultural experts and college students engaging in agricultural start-ups, help college students solve technical problems in start-ups etc.
