On March 17, the Personnel Bureau of Shaoxing City officially launched the employment assistance program for graduates from disadvantaged families in 2009. In order to better help graduates from disadvantaged families find employment, the Personnel Bureau of Shaoxing City will take three measures:

Firstly, carry out employment training. Hold a symposium and invite relevant professionals to provide graduates with employment knowledge guidance, share work experience, and solicit their employment preferences.

Secondly, solicit loving job positions for training. Through methods such as the Shaoxing Talent Network and telephone contacts, solicit loving job positions from various enterprises under the direct jurisdiction of Shaoxing City (Yuecheng District).

Thirdly, implement targeted employment recommendations. Based on the employment intentions of graduates and the collected job positions, assign dedicated personnel to be responsible for classifying and handling employment recommendations and re-recommendations, striving to ensure that all graduates from disadvantaged families can find employment. Next, the Personnel Bureau of Shaoxing City plans to extend this work to the entire city, aiming to help more than 100 graduates from disadvantaged families achieve employment throughout the year.
