Service outsourcing presents two wings flying in harmony in Wuhan

The total investment of this enterprise park is 3 billion yuan, covering an area of 800 mu (about 132 acres), with a construction period of three years. Currently, the first phase of the project has started construction on an area of 142 mu, with a building area of 1.4 million square meters, and an investment exceeding 500 million yuan. After the completion of the project, it will become the first international service outsourcing industry demonstration base in central China that integrates modernization, humanization, garden-style design, and low business costs. It can attract 800 enterprises to enter the park, with an expected annual output value exceeding 5 billion yuan and an annual tax revenue reaching 700 million yuan.

According to relevant persons in charge of the developer Fuxing Group, even before the project started, more than 40 enterprises had expressed their intention to move in. The Indian Software Association took the initiative to contact them, and six companies have clearly expressed their intention to move in.
