Odd Talk: Starting a Wet Nurse Brokerage Company

China Entrepreneurship Press: It's amazing to find that someone actually thought of this - they are really a group of active thinkers. Although we don't know how feasible it is, daring to think about it means half the success. ^_^

Company Charter: Many women have excess breast milk after childbirth, while more mothers do not have enough breast milk to feed their babies. Due to the introverted nature of Chinese people, surrogate breastfeeding is still limited to small-scale help among relatives and friends, resulting in a large amount of pure, pollution-free, high-quality milk sources being wasted! In order for all babies across the country to grow up healthily and be able to enjoy mother's milk, it has been specially decided to open a wet nurse brokerage company.

Specific Ideas:

1. Personnel Selection. Due to the particularity of the breastfeeding period, employees cannot be fixed. We can only contact women with excess breast milk, conduct interviews, fill out information forms, take physical examinations, archive and file them as employee groups, and keep records for 3 years.

2. Customer Contact. When there are users, we will get in touch with them, arrange meetings between both parties, let the children try drinking, and if the parents are satisfied, an intention is reached and both parties sign a contract.

3. Fees and Employee Benefits. Since the wet nurse industry is a new emerging field without precedent and has great freedom, it is initially decided to refer to the treatment methods of the KTV industry. That is, after employees and customers sign contracts, they settle accounts per session or per day, the company records attendance, and at the end of the month, 70% of the individual’s earnings based on attendance is distributed to the employee, and 30% is considered as the brokerage company's income. Employees can freely accept customer consumption and other financial gifts, and our company does not interfere. If employees need to stay in the customer's home, both parties must pay a certain deposit to our company, and the deposit will be refunded upon the expiration of the contract if there are no disputes.

4. Rates. Prices are referenced from the prices of high-end imported baby formulas during the same period, and are calculated accordingly per session/day.

5. The brokerage company is responsible for coordinating all business contacts between employees and customers. If employees contact customers privately halfway through, the company assumes no responsibility for any issues that arise.

Other aspects haven't been fully considered yet. I wonder if the commerce department would approve such a company?

Do you all have any suggestions? Please help us improve... brainstorming together might give birth to a new industry, which could solve flexible employment for many people.

We hope for better ways to treat our children.
