Beili Beijing Expansion Company arranges a very relaxing expansion project in the evening called the Fashion Show when conducting training. This project may seem time-consuming and labor-intensive at first, but it is not. The purpose is to relax the employees, liven up the atmosphere, and enhance everyone's happiness without tiring them out too much.
In response to the global construction of green ecological environment, our expansion research group decided to use newspapers as clothing fabric and tape instead of needle and thread to make two sets of seasonal clothes for each team. Moreover, men and women will cross-dress while modeling the outfits. Male models will wear female clothing and vice versa during the catwalk presentations. Each team is required to send a representative to give a detailed explanation of the inspiration and concept behind the clothing designs on their models.
When conducting this project, each team will come up with different design works. Some of the outfits are extremely sexy and beautiful. The male attire is particularly eye-catching, including one-shoulder ultra-short evening dresses, backless butterfly costumes, and bold swimsuit series. The female attire in male clothing is equally impressive, featuring polite gentleman suits, fashionable star outfits, and dominant denim wear. With the models' vivid performances, it resembles a grand release of the latest trendy fashion collections. The humorous performances of the models elicit laughter from the audience, making the event both creative and comical. As the performance nears its end, all the participants spontaneously take photos with the models, trying various poses to capture their ingenious image designs.
The Fashion Show expansion training project can exercise the manual skills of the participants while showcasing their acting and commentary abilities. Through the presentation of this expansion project, participants can develop innovation awareness, communication skills, expression abilities, and more. It also provides a bright stage for the participants to fully relax and showcase their artistic talents.
