Zou Jianping indicated that the reason for making this suggestion is because Nanjing, in the Anti-Japanese War, being the site of the Battle of Nanjing Defense, the location where the horrific "Nanjing Massacre" occurred, and the witness to the Japanese surrender signing ceremony in the Chinese theater and the trial of Japanese war criminals like Gu Shoufu, has many historical relics related to the Anti-Japanese War.
