Hebei Daily News (reporter Liu Tao) - Recently, the local police captured the suspect Huang who had fled for 5 years after killing a salon woman. According to sources, on the evening of August 10, 2006, Huang strangled Yang, a female worker at a beauty and hair salon in Donggangtou Village with an electrical wire. When the police arrived at the scene, they found Yang dead, naked.

The man killed the salon woman after soliciting sex

Yesterday morning, I learned from the Yuhua Road Criminal Investigation Team of the Yuhua Branch Public Security Bureau that in 2006, Huang came to Shijiazhuang to work as a renovation engineer. On the evening of August 10, Huang went to a beauty and hair salon in Donggangtou Village for a haircut and had sexual relations with the salon worker Yang. Subsequently, they got into a fight over the price.

Huang then used a piece of electrical wire from the room to strangle Yang until she fell to the ground. Afterwards, Huang left the scene.

Upon returning to his rented accommodation, Huang washed the clothes he was wearing, and the next day packed up and returned to Zijin County, Heyuan City, Guangdong Province. After arriving home, he rented a house in the county town and did not dare to contact his family. He became terrified whenever he heard police sirens, fearing that the police would come to arrest him.

Police tracked for 5 years to lock down the suspect's hideout

The next day, the local police received a report from the landlord of the salon where Yang, who ran a hairdressing business, was found murdered inside her home. Upon investigation, the police discovered Yang lying naked on the ground with a large amount of wire wrapped around her neck. The autopsy report stated that the victim died from mechanical asphyxiation due to being strangled by someone else. Her mobile phone was stolen, and the crime scene left behind bloody palm prints of the suspect. Based on this, the police launched an investigation, quickly identifying the suspect as Huang (male, 29 years old, from Guangdong) through the cigarette butts left at the scene and the victim's lost items. However, despite multiple trips to Guangdong and other places, the special task force was unable to capture him.

In June 2011, following the Ministry of Public Security's deployment of the "Clear Net Operation," the Yuhua Branch once again established a special task force and gradually determined the hiding location of the suspect Huang.

The suspect bit the arresting officer

On December 23, Huang went to a construction site to work. Due to the lack of engineering materials, he decided to return home. Unexpectedly, just as he reached near his home, he was captured by the officers from the Yuhua Branch of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Public Security Bureau who had been waiting in ambush. In response to the officers, Huang resisted fiercely, biting the hand of the arresting officer. After being handcuffed and put into the car, Huang admitted to killing someone in Hebei and asked the officers if he would be executed by firing squad.

Currently, the case is under further review.
