Learn to forgive - Beijing Expansion Company

In our lives and work, we need forgiveness and tolerance from each other, which is very necessary, especially important in our work. During the break time of an outdoor training activity organized by a Beijing training company, a team member told the coach such a story. He used to have a very good relationship with a colleague, and they often helped each other at work, making them feel comfortable and smooth at work. However, due to a small matter last year, they became very unpleasant and even ignored or treated each other coldly. It was not until this Beijing outdoor training activity that they picked up their long-forgotten friendship and reconciled.

The story goes like this: two years ago, they were both new employees in the company, and coincidentally, they joined the company on the same day. Since they were both new employees and not very familiar with the company, they naturally talked more than other colleagues. Gradually, they found that they got along well, and their homes were not far from each other. As they interacted more, they became very familiar with each other, and their relationship became very close. Both of them were science students responsible for experimental work in the company. Doing experiments would often lead to mistakes, so sometimes one would help the other check things out. They were both working hard, and supporting each other made them feel lucky to have such a good partner at work. More luckily, they got along well, and they referred to each other as brothers in front of others. Other colleagues who didn't know the details thought they had been classmates before, but they weren't.

However, these two people had a falling out due to a trivial matter, and they had conflicts, making their relationship not as close as before. Gradually, they drifted further and further apart, almost becoming strangers. This made other colleagues in the company very confused when asked why, they always evaded the question vaguely. The reason turned out to be this: since both of them were responsible for experimental testing work in the company, this kind of work was simple for them, but it was also very time-consuming in reality. Time-wise, other colleagues could go to work and leave on time, but for them, because of the experiments, they couldn't leave on time and often worked late. Experiments wouldn't pause or end just because it was time for them to leave work.
