Personal Summary of the Work of a Hospital Doctor in 2007

In the year 2007, under the leadership of the Party Group in the hospital, I adhered to the guidelines set by the 17th CPC National Congress and fulfilled my responsibilities as an attending doctor. I strengthened my political and professional studies and continuously improved my own qualities. Over the past year, I actively participated in various learning activities organized by the hospital, studying the spirit of important meetings systematically, ensuring ideological and political alignment with the Party's central committee. At the same time, I adhered to applying knowledge practically, achieving the organic integration of learning and work, which allowed study and work to promote each other and improve together. Especially after participating in contests organized by the hospital, I identified shortcomings, delved into problems, found deficiencies in my own ideas, style, discipline, and work standards, and greatly improved my work quality and efficiency.

Secondly, I approached medical work with seriousness and responsibility, embodying the spirit of being responsible for patients while actively carrying out work.

1. I persisted in continuous business learning without relaxation. I kept up with the latest theoretical research results in Obstetrics and Gynecology, constantly learned new nutritional knowledge, and promoted the continuous improvement of my professional skills. In total, I made operational notes amounting to millions of words annually, wrote reports on work, and contributed chapters to Business Working Papers.

2. I adhered to the principles of excellence, meticulousness, warmly receiving every patient, seriously handling each surgery case, and dedicating myself to serving the community with love for patients. This ensured the quality of work, earning social praise. In that year, I treated a total number of patients, performed surgeries on cases, and healed many sick people.

I imposed strict demands on myself and actively contributed suggestions for the hospital's development. As a member of the hospital, its glory is mine, and its shortcomings are my shame. I understood that contributing suggestions and ideas is a righteous responsibility. Over the past year, closely surrounding the hospital’s construction and improvement of healthcare, I brainstormed and provided reasonable suggestions, fully playing the role of an experienced comrade. I imposed strict demands on myself, not resting on my laurels, showing full respect for older comrades, genuinely caring for younger colleagues, adhering to work compliance and discipline, and maintaining dedication and hard work, thus setting a good image for myself.

Over the past year, with the help and support of leaders and comrades, I have achieved certain accomplishments in my work. However, I still have a long way to go to meet organizational requirements and lag behind compared to other comrades. In future work, I must continue to strive, overcome my weaknesses, and create even more outstanding achievements.
