It is said that when an earthquake comes, those who can shut down their computers in an orderly manner and go downstairs are the calmest. In fact, there are also many "calm brothers" and "calm sisters" in life. For example, when a big fire has already started, and a father was sentenced for selling his son online due to inability to raise him, some people insisted on finishing lunch before going downstairs -
From the photos, a few wisps of black smoke could be seen rising from a restaurant while firefighters were at the scene putting out the fire. Netizens later confirmed that the fire originated from "Jinyuan Teahouse" located on Section Three of Renmin Middle Road.

Investigating the Cause: Messy warehouse, property management didn't want to talk
At around 2 PM yesterday afternoon, when a reporter from Tianfu Morning Post arrived at the scene, the fire had already been put out. There were many burned pieces of furniture salvaged from the fire haphazardly piled up, including an old oxygen tank. Aside from the windows and air conditioners on the first floor being destroyed, most of the residents' homes did not suffer any losses.
A security guard from the teahouse introduced that the fire originated in the kitchen of "Jinyuan Teahouse". "Possibly due to excessive grease in the exhaust hood, it caught fire while steaming meat today. However, after more than ten minutes, the fire was extinguished and it wasn't too severe." Nevertheless, Ms. Li, who passed by, mentioned that there were over ten shops near the teahouse selling quilts and labor protection products. "If the fire had spread, it would have been very frightening."
The Calmest: Let the fire burn, I'll finish my meal first
Reported by Tang Zhi Zeng with photography from Tianfu Morning Post
The fire occurred in Unit 1 of Building 1 in this neighborhood. Mr. Liu Junwei, who lived on the 4th floor, was having dinner with his family when he suddenly smelled a burnt odor. Looking out the window, he realized it was a fire downstairs, so he grabbed a bucket of water and ran down. Subsequently, the neighborhood security guard also rushed over with a fire extinguisher. "More than ten fire extinguishers were used, and it seemed like the fire was about to be put out, but then it flared up again." Someone called the police.
The neighborhood where the fire started is an old one, with buildings seven stories high. Outside the unit building, there is a platform connected to two units via two bridges, and you must pass through this platform to go upstairs. Beneath this platform, there is a space of about 20 square meters that is usually used as a storage room for miscellaneous items, and the fire ignited from this storage room.
A resident on the first floor was renovating his home, and the renovation materials were piled outside this storage room. He did not want to talk much about the cause of the fire, only saying that there was always someone guarding here, but yesterday at noon, the renovation workers went out for lunch, and within half an hour, a fire broke out. The neighborhood property management also did not want to talk much about this fire, and the specific cause would have to wait for further investigation by the police.
Many residents rushed down at this time, but one female owner remained exceptionally calm. Mr. Zhou introduced that his wife was having lunch alone at home when she saw the fire, but she didn't go downstairs. "She thought the fire wasn't that big, and it wouldn't reach her anyway." Later, the firefighters called her through the property management for safety reasons, wanting her to go downstairs, but she replied that she would go down after finishing her meal. As a result, she really waited until she finished eating before going down, by which time the fire was almost completely extinguished. When asked if his wife was okay, Mr. Zhou also smiled and said, "There's nothing wrong. Later, due to power repairs, there was a continuous power outage, so she went out shopping."
