The Beijing Youth Entrepreneurship Park Jingyi Garden was officially established. On the morning of September 20, the Beijing Youth Entrepreneurship Park · Jingyi Garden was officially established. This is the first cooperation between the Beijing Youth League Committee and a state-owned enterprise professional incubator to establish an entrepreneurship park, and it is also the eighth youth entrepreneurship park established by the Beijing Youth League Committee in the city.
At the ceremony, the head of the Beijing Youth League Committee's business department expressed热烈 congratulations on the establishment of the Jingyi Garden. He fully affirmed the outstanding contributions made by the Jingyi Incubator in promoting the entrepreneurship of young high-end talents. He systematically introduced the measures taken by the Youth League Committee to support youth entrepreneurship, and distributed the "Beijing Youth Entrepreneurship Service Manual (2011 Edition)" on-site to representatives of youth entrepreneurship enterprises. It is hoped that through the joint efforts of the Communist Youth League and the Jingyi Incubator, the various support policies of the Jingyi Garden will be continuously improved, creating a better service platform for young entrepreneurs. Then, Minister Liu Yi of the Development Department of the Jingyi Group and General Manager Li Jin of the Jingyi Incubator briefly introduced the basic situation of the Jingyi Incubator and the measures and plans of the group in supporting youth entrepreneurship.
After the挂牌 ceremony, the leaders present held in-depth symposiums and exchanges with more than 10 representatives of young entrepreneurs in the park. They widely understood the basic situation and existing problems of the enterprises in the park, and answered the questions raised by the young entrepreneurs on-site.
It is reported that the Jingyi Incubator was founded on February 14, 2007. It is a professional incubator established based on the strong industrial strength and market resources of Beijing Jingyi Group Co., Ltd. The incubation direction of the park is positioned in automation instruments, scientific instruments, and Internet of Things related technologies. The core business is to provide incubation services such as scientific and technological conditions, professional consulting, technology transfer, market promotion, and professional investment and financing for small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises. The park currently has a total incubation area of 10,530 square meters, including 8,443 square meters used by incubated enterprises and 1,560.5 square meters occupied by public service facilities. Based on continuously improving the office hardware environment, the Jingyi Science and Technology Incubator continues to deepen its services and increase investment in service system construction. It has successively built key common technology service platforms, science and technology consulting service platforms, market promotion service platforms, and investment and financing service platforms. It has also established channels in international exchanges and cooperation to promote the rapid development of enterprises. The main managers all have many years of experience in the operation and management of incubators and university science parks. They are familiar with enterprise operations, understand the concept of entrepreneurship, and can provide professional guidance for the development of science and technology-based start-up enterprises.
As of June 2011, the Jingyi Science and Technology Incubator has cumulatively incubated 84 enterprises, with 56 currently being incubated. From 2008 to 2010, the incubated enterprises cumulatively achieved sales revenue of 258.4 million yuan, paid a total tax amount of 30.88 million yuan, graduated a cumulative total of 18 enterprises, and provided a cumulative total of 1,800 employment opportunities for society; the number of patents obtained by enterprises, the number of trademarks applied for, and the number of national science and technology projects undertaken show an increasing trend year by year. Since its establishment, the incubator has received multiple qualifications and honors. In early 2010, it was awarded the "Beijing Instrument and Meter Productivity Promotion Center" and "Capital Science and Technology Conditions Technology Transfer Field Platform Member Unit" by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission; in December 2010, it was recognized as the "National High-tech Entrepreneurship Service Center" by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the State and the "Beijing High-tech Industry Professional Incubation Base" by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission. It also won the "Most Potential Enterprise Award in the Zhongguancun Area."
