In order to allow both new and old users of our platform to use the various services in a healthier, more harmonious, and mutually beneficial environment, and also to weed out bad elements within the platform, we have, after a week of careful deliberation, formulated a new penalty system! This system will come into effect on December 6th!
1. If the account used for receiving tasks is inconsistent with the one used for purchasing on Taobao or if the delivery address is not accurately filled out, upon complaint from members, regardless of any reason, all task earnings (Yingke coins) will be immediately deducted and given back to the task publisher. If the required delivery address is a vague location such as "Zhejiang area", our brushing platform will not handle such complaints. Please check the login account in the top left corner before logging into Taobao to make purchases, ensuring it matches the buying account registered on the platform. If they don't match, please switch immediately; otherwise, it may cause inconvenience to the publisher, such as being unable to determine whether the buyer is a real customer or a platform brusher, which could lead to genuine shipments.
2. If tasks are not evaluated according to requirements (including situations where positive reviews for shopping cart items do not correspond to specific products), upon complaint, regardless of any reason, 50% of the task's Yingke coins will be immediately returned to the publisher. If the shopping cart requires separate evaluations for multiple items, the return will be based on the actual number of evaluations required, at 50% of the Yingke coins per item. If the review content requires something vague like "positive review with words", the platform will not handle such complaints.
3. Forcing the recipient to purchase multiple items or packages, or requiring them to chat on Wangwang or collect additional items without fair compensation, and if negotiation fails (allowing the addition of Yingke coins and communicating with the recipient about extra purchases), upon complaint and with solid evidence, this will be recorded as one valid complaint (6 times results in automatic account blocking). At the same time, 8 Yingke coins will be deducted, with 5 awarded to the recipient. The platform prohibits unfair labor practices.
4. If tasks require Wangwang chat but this requirement is not fulfilled, upon complaint, 1 Yingke coin will be deducted and returned to the publisher.
5. If the recipient uses a credit card for payment, causing a fee expense for the publisher, upon complaint and with solid evidence, the platform will deduct part of the recipient's deposit to compensate for the handling fee difference, return all Yingke coins, and record one valid complaint.
6. Without permission, directly contacting the publisher via Wangwang and discussing matters related to credit brushing, upon complaint and with solid evidence, all task Yingke coins will be returned, one valid complaint will be recorded, and serious cases will result in immediate account blocking.
7. Prematurely confirming physical goods tasks, upon complaint, all task Yingke coins will be immediately returned, and one valid complaint will be recorded.
8. Considering the safety of publishers, the confirmation period starts after the publisher confirms shipping on the platform. However, recently there have been many complaints from brushers (recipients). To avoid recipient complaints, please do not delay shipping. Publishers maliciously delaying shipping will have their publishing points doubled and deducted to the recipient if shipping is delayed by more than 5 hours.
9. Maliciously using Taobao affiliates to purchase goods from merchants, upon complaint and with solid evidence (the numeric part of the Taobao affiliate order number matching the Taobao transaction order number), all task coins and Taobao affiliate commissions will be immediately returned to the publisher, and one valid complaint will be recorded.
10. For publishers who fail to click "complete task" on the platform for extended periods or only ship goods on Taobao but not on the platform, upon complaint and with solid evidence (the recipient must upload two screenshots: one of the Taobao positive review content, and another of the detailed order information from the Taobao transaction record to prevent further disputes; otherwise, administrators will not handle such complaints), if the administrator determines the task should be completed, 1 Yingke coin will be deducted from the publisher as a warning.
Note: "Extended periods" is defined as virtual tasks not marked complete after 2 hours, or physical tasks not marked complete after 12 hours (including situations where only shipping on Taobao but not on the platform).
The platform only handles three types of non-completion complaints: "Virtual tasks already completed, publisher does not mark complete on the platform," "Physical tasks already completed, publisher does not mark complete on the platform," "Publisher only ships on Taobao but not on the platform." Complaints due to "other reasons" will only result in task completion without any penalties to the seller.
11. For complaints exceeding three times due to "payment not made but marked as paid," a direct penalty of one valid complaint will be issued, and 10 Yingke coins will be deducted.
12. For QQ numbers and phone numbers (currently limited to these two categories) that are abnormally filled out in virtual recharge tasks, once verified, all Yingke coins will be returned to the publisher, and one valid complaint will be recorded against the recipient. Abnormal filling includes: QQ numbers less than 5 digits or more than 10 digits, all digits in QQ numbers being the same, phone numbers not being exactly 11 digits, phone numbers not starting with normal China Unicom, China Mobile, or China Telecom prefixes (e.g., 135, 133, 158, 150), the last 8 digits of phone numbers all being the same, mismatched operator numbers (such as a China Telecom number entered as a China Unicom number; unmatched situations will temporarily not be recorded as valid complaints).
13. For sourcing tasks where the product cannot be found, causing delays for buyers and ineffective contact with sellers, upon reporting, the task will be directly closed, and 1 Yingke coin will be deducted from the seller. Sellers are advised to search for the product themselves on Taobao before issuing sourcing tasks to avoid reports and deductions of Yingke coins.
Special Note: For complaints regarding "platform already completed tasks," the platform generally does not handle them. Users are advised to operate carefully. For additional requirements such as package shooting or other unfair labor, if payment has already been made on Taobao, the platform will no longer handle complaints and will not deduct Yingke coins from the publisher. Such situations will be considered privately agreed upon by both parties, and the additionally negotiated parts will not be protected by the platform.
All disputed tasks should have the publisher choose to submit a complaint rather than completing the task on the platform. In the complaint, explain the situation and provide Taobao screenshots. Administrators will decide on the awarding of Yingke coins, deposits, and valid complaints based on the situation.
Please pay attention to your platform credit value and valid complaint record count, as these will affect your trustworthiness on the platform.
Punishment is not the ultimate goal! Maintaining a harmonious, healthy, and equal operational environment on the platform is paramount!
