Since last year, our county has been designated as one of the first pilot counties in the province for comprehensive tourism reform in Anji. The Anji tourism department has introduced a "three-year action plan" that prioritizes the development of the Anji tourist attractions. In my opinion, considering the actual development of the scenic area, we might as well include the "one-ticket system" as part of the comprehensive reform pilot program.

In short, the "one-ticket system" means buying one ticket to visit several related scenic spots at the same time. For our county's Anji tourism, the "one-ticket system" represents a new model and a new attempt. The "one-ticket system" has five major benefits: First, it standardizes the ticket fees for Anji tourism and offers a new round of discounts on ticket prices, which is an action that benefits the public. Second, it simplifies procedures, reduces operating costs, facilitates unified management, and promotes the upgrading of scenic areas. Third, it allows large scenic areas to drive smaller ones and popular scenic areas to boost less visited ones, promoting coordinated and balanced development between scenic areas. Fourth, it increases the choices available to tourists, encourages them to stay longer, and extends tourism consumption in Anji. Fifth, it helps scenic areas compete collectively, develop in groups, build brands, and advances the comprehensive reform of Anji tourism.

In fact, in recent years, some famous scenic spots across the country have embarked on the "one-ticket system" journey. For example, the Huashan Scenic Area in Shaanxi, the Huangguoshu Scenic Area in Guizhou, and the Qingyuan Mountain Scenic Area in Fujian have all promoted the "one-ticket system" with good results.

Actually, our county has a solid foundation for piloting the "one-ticket system." After more than 10 years of development, most of the Anji scenic areas have passed the market test and gained recognition. The brand awareness of Anji tourism is increasingly rising, and the Anji tourism destination in the Yangtze River Delta region is firmly established. To ensure stability, the "one-ticket system" can be implemented in two phases. The first phase could start with a trial run in the Tianhuangping Scenic Area. The Tianhuangping Scenic Area currently has eight large and small scenic spots that are relatively concentrated, and it is also a key area for Anji tourism in the entire county, demonstrating obvious exemplary effects. The implementation of the "one-ticket system" should follow the principle of being lower than the sum of the corresponding various ticket prices and should be announced to the public beforehand. Of course, the "one-ticket system" cannot be perfect in every way, and there may be issues from all sides. However, as long as tourists are satisfied and the scenic areas agree, it should be feasible.
