Water supply UPVC: Suitable for domestic water supply (cold). Corrosion-resistant, smooth inner wall, not easy to scale blockage, good hydraulic conditions, lightweight, easy installation. In sunlight, it is not easy to age, low heat resistance, high technical and condition requirements for construction. Hard texture, cheap, easy to bond, flame retardant. Not impact resistant, poor durability, high technical requirements for joint bonding, longer curing time. Socket bonding, plastic welding, special accessory flange connection, threaded connection.
HDPE: Good toughness, better fatigue strength, good low-temperature performance, good flexibility and impact resistance. Fusion requires electricity, large mechanical connection parts, flammable. Electric heat fusion, heat fusion butt welding and heat fusion socket connection, stainless steel lined composite pipe, special accessory thread connection, flange connection, welding, etc.
ABS: Large strength, impact-resistant, can be directly threaded, good health performance suitable for pure water conveyance. Longer bonding curing time, flammable. Mainly socket connection, also flange connection and threaded connection of special accessories.
PP-R: Suitable for domestic (cold) hot water. Good temperature resistance, recyclable, green environmental protection product, good health performance suitable for pure water conveyance. Under the same pressure and medium temperature conditions, thicker pipe walls, flammable. Mainly electric heat fusion, heat fusion butt welding, also flange connection and threaded connection of special accessories.
PP-C: Good temperature resistance, good health performance suitable for pure water conveyance. Expensive price.
PEX: Good temperature resistance, good creep resistance, good memory, easy to correct. Can only be connected with metal parts, cannot be recycled and reused. Special metal connector clamp type, clamp type connection and threaded connection.
CPVC: Best temperature resistance, good aging resistance, good flame retardancy. High price, only suitable for hot water systems. Socket bonding, plastic welding, flange connection of special accessories, threaded connection.
PB: Good temperature resistance, good tensile and compressive strength, impact-resistant, low creep, high flexibility. Under the same pressure and medium temperature conditions, thinnest pipe walls belong to green products. No PB resin raw materials domestically yet, dependent on imports, high price, flammable. PPPE pipe: Suitable for indoor water supply in residential buildings and public buildings. Wide temperature range, high pressure resistance, under the same bearing pressure conditions, smaller pipe walls, low price, connection handling metal inserts with valves, faucets, and water meters. Limited varieties, specifications, and output. Heat fusion connection, threaded connection.
Nanometer polypropylene pipe (NPP-R): Especially suitable for drinking water pipeline water transfer projects.
