In order to adapt to fierce competition, the decision-making level of Luzhou District took a long-term perspective and began the reform argumentation and research of the Luzhou market cluster, inviting experts or professional institutions from home and abroad to offer advice. Institutions such as the Shenzhen Comprehensive Development Research Institute undertook the planning work of specific programs. After extensive investigation, analysis, and drawing on successful experiences from other domestic cities, they developed a preliminary plan aimed at improving the current traffic conditions, perfecting the logistics system, and enhancing the commercial retail environment.
The Luzhou Garment City rapidly developed on the basis of the old urban area of Zhuzhou. Due to relatively backward infrastructure, its further development has been constrained, especially with the widespread application and rapid popularization of emerging technologies like e-commerce in today's logistics commerce industry, presenting new challenges for the development of Luzhou garments.
On December 6th, key leaders and relevant functional department heads of Zhuzhou's Luzhou District gathered in the sixth-floor meeting room of the district government to carefully listen to the "Luzhou Garment City Renovation Strategy" plan presented by multiple institutions.
