A lot of fitness gurus out there claim that getting six-pack abs will happen by relying on a six-pack abs equipment or some magic pill or potion. The plain truth is that workout machines, pills, and potions are useless. So, how is an ordinary person like you going to lose weight and get six-pack abs without using tables, pills, potions, or equipment that won't work? I suggest the three-stage method:
1. You are going to need to go on a diet. Calm down, this doesn’t have to be some flaky, far-out diet. Instead, you’re going to make a couple of smart food choices. For example, instead of putting sugar in your tea, try an artificial sweetener (fewer calories). Do not eat any food past 7 PM or drink anything with sugar (you are permitted to drink water). Any food you eat after 6 PM stays in your stomach and will eventually turn into lipids (fat). Additionally, there are also clear methods, such as avoiding greasy and high-carbohydrate foods, especially foods with lots of sugar.
2. Around 70% of the effort required to get six-pack abs has mostly to do with when you eat and what you eat; the other 30% has to do with workouts. This is why you want to start doing cardio to burn that excess fat. If you don’t do this, you won’t be able to see your abs! You must be doing at least thirty minutes of cardio three times every week. When doing this, it should involve a combination of speed walking, slow jogging, biking, and swimming.
3. The third element is abs exercises. With the first two phases, we were focused on burning body fat so that your abs show through. Now, we want to build muscles. Everybody knows that abs are a muscle, and the only way you're going to get them looking good is to build the muscle group. This can be achieved by sit-ups, crunches, bicycle crunches, etc.
To conclude, you need to do all three of these stages if you want to burn fat and uncover those sexy six-pack abs that have been hiding.
