"Big Operation" Promotes the Improvement of Jiangsu Dispatching Automation System Indicators
In 2011, in accordance with the requirements of the responsibility book of the State Grid Corporation, Jiangsu Electric Power Company fully promoted the construction of the intelligent grid dispatching technical support system. This achieved online work for two major categories of applications: intelligent analysis and early warning, and dispatching plan security verification, accumulating valuable experience for the promotion within the State Grid system.
Jiangsu Company conscientiously implemented the work deployment of the State Grid Corporation and actively carried out various pilot construction tasks of the "five major" systems. In implementing the "Big Operation" system construction, it formed a provincial grid "Big Operation" system construction model characterized mainly by the "six unifications", and established a provincial grid dispatching and operation business management model characterized mainly by the "six integrations". It achieved three innovative breakthroughs in the technical support system for dispatching operations: "integrated dispatching and control", "integrated regional and county systems", and "integrated provincial, regional, and county management". The system's levels of intensification, standardization, automation, informatization, and interactivity have significantly improved. In the State Grid Corporation's annual assessment of the operation and professional work of the electric power dispatching automation system in 2011, Jiangsu's dispatching automation specialty ranked among the top for three consecutive years in terms of operational indicators.
