At this conference, we learned that in Simon Electric's five-year plan, they will invest more efforts, resources, and finances to improve brand awareness in central and western regions; in eastern and northern regions, they will enhance the reputation of products and brands, allowing more domestic users to understand and accept the advantages of Simon Electric products such as easy installation, easy maintenance, easy management, and durability. Meanwhile, they will continue to invest in channel management and protection, considering setting up provincial agents in each province in the future, and even extending their reach to second- and third-tier cities, making a major integration of channels. With the increasing development of central and western regions by the country and the gradual automation of most underdeveloped areas domestically, the market space and capacity for integrated wiring will continue to grow. Simon Electric's target for the integrated wiring product market next year is to increase market share to 2-3%, covering the market in central and western regions. In the next three to five years, they aim to be among the top five in the wiring industry. Under the trend of optical fiber advancement and copper retreat in the industry, as well as the rise of the Internet of Things (IoT), Simon Electric will seize opportunities, tilting its products and market sales more towards optical products, and launching IoT-applied products in the second half of next year.
