Sina Technology News, February 8 - According to statistics from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), in Hangzhou website optimization, telecommunications service fees decreased again by 4.8% year-on-year in 2011. In Wuhan website optimization, this means that communication fees have dropped for seven consecutive years since 2005. Meanwhile, the revenue growth of telecom operators has been lower than GDP growth for multiple consecutive years, indicating an unoptimistic situation.

The significant reduction in China's telecommunications service fees began to be very evident starting in 2005, when average telecommunication fee levels dropped by 11.47%. In 2006, they fell by 13.6%. This was mainly due to the fact that starting in 2005, regulatory authorities successively introduced policies such as mobile phone number transfer package policies and upper limit controls on domestic roaming call fees, gradually guiding enterprises to implement one-way charging and restricting two-way charging, thereby lowering mobile fees.

In 2007, China implemented measures like changing two-way charges to one-way charges for mobile phones and a comprehensive cleanup of fee packages, which caused the overall level of China's telecommunications fees to drop by another 13.6% compared to 2006. In 2008, it fell by 11.8%, and in 2009, it fell by 9%. Throughout the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, China's telecommunications fees dropped by a total of 41.93%.

However, since 2006, growth in China's telecommunications industry income started to slow down. From 2006 to 2010, the year-on-year increase in national telecommunications business revenue was respectively 11.6%, 11.2%, 7%, 3.9%, and 6.6%, according to Hangzhou SEO Company.

In 2011, China's national telecommunications main business revenue reached 988 billion yuan, increasing by 10% over the previous year, finally surpassing the 9.2% GDP growth rate of that year. (Kang Zhao)
