Last month, the LILANZ Group launched two large-scale cultural projects - the LILANZ Cultural Creative Park and the Historical and Cultural Corridor - with a huge investment. It was revealed that the LILANZ Cultural Creative Park is planned to be completed and fully operational within the next few years, with an estimated total investment of 1 billion yuan. The park is initially planned to include venues for fashion shows, exhibition halls, designer creative studios, fashion factories, the LILANZ Museum, fitness centers, swimming pools, and high-end coffee shops (such as Starbucks) as living facilities. "Especially after the completion and operation of the creative park, we will turn it into an incubation base for Chinese fashion brands, and gradually make it the center of Chinese fashion brands," said a senior executive of LILANZ.

Building a Large Creative Park

On January 16, 2012, the groundbreaking ceremony for the LILANZ Cultural Creative Park was grandly held at the LILANZ Creative Park. This groundbreaking marked the official launch of the first domestic park integrating "culture, design, and R&D". Leaders from Quanzhou City, Jinjiang City, senior leaders of LILANZ, and representatives from all sectors of society attended the ceremony to witness this historic moment for the LILANZ Group.

It is understood that the LILANZ Cultural Creative Park is located in the central area of Jinjiang City, with a planned construction area of approximately 103.1 mu, integrating culture, design, R&D, and living facilities into one creative park. According to Hu Chengchu, Vice President of LILANZ, after the completion of the project, it will primarily be used for designer creative studios, the LILANZ Museum, fashion show venues, and exhibition halls. The facility will also include high-end coffee shops, gyms, swimming pools, and restaurants, with the supporting living service area serving as the living quarters for LILANZ internal employees, distributors, and suppliers. All projects are expected to be completed and fully operational within the next few years.

"In the future, this place will become an incubation base for fashion brands, an experience venue for new lifestyles, and eventually the center of Chinese fashion brands," said Wang Liangxing, President of LILANZ. LILANZ has always placed great emphasis on enhancing corporate brand culture, and this project park is another major effort following the two cultural projects of the Cultural Square and the Cultural Corridor. After the completion of the creative park, LILANZ will become a new platform and window for external promotion and exchange in the fashion industry of Jinjiang.

After the groundbreaking ceremony of the creative park on that day, LILANZ also held a grand ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Cultural Corridor at its headquarters. The project is themed around "LILANZ of the world, fashionable and artistic LILANZ" and designed by world-renowned masters in the style of Barcelona's streets in Spain, showcasing a style that is first fashionable, second artistic, and third simple yet not simplistic. The Cultural Corridor divides LILANZ's history into three parts: origin, history, and outlook. Culture is not just about spending money to create image projects; it is about integrating culture into life. "We want our employees working here to be constantly influenced by a sense of fashion and art, to let millions of people have fashion running through their veins, and to let fashion manifest in every aspect and detail of work and life. In the future, the cross-border concept of integrating culture, history, art, fashion, and creativity into products will be embedded into LILANZ's brand life," said Wang Liangxing, President of LILANZ.
