This year's work can be divided into the following three aspects:
I. Management of cost and expenses
1. The accounting management of inventory materials has been standardized, strictly controlling the reasonable reserve of material inventory and reducing capital occupation. A material requisition system has been established, changing the previous unclear cost where regardless of whether it was needed, which department used it, or how much quantity was purchased, all materials were fully expensed to a certain department from the date of purchase.
2. Based on the previous foundation, the management of cost and expenses has been further refined, strengthening the project management of transportation costs. Each vehicle's actual consumption of cost items is calculated separately, truly reflecting the transportation cost of each vehicle in the current period. This provides reference for the performance management of transport vehicles.
