Three identities, one question:

Ask the boss: Are you satisfied with your middle and upper-level employees?

Do you believe it or not, only one out of ten will answer "satisfied"!

Why are they not satisfied? Nine out of ten answers are similar!

One: Incompetence. "The tasks aren't complicated, but they just can't handle them," "I always have to explain things clearly; otherwise, they won't do it properly"...

Two: Lack of responsibility. "I don't know what he's busy with all day?" "He makes mistakes even on simple tasks"...

Three: Selfishness. "It seems like the company owes him something," "It seems like he always has a lot of personal issues"...

Four: Lack of innovation and unwillingness to develop. "His thinking is restricted; he can never find new methods," "He only does what he's used to doing"...

Ask the middle and upper-level employees themselves: Do you feel satisfied?

Do you believe it or not, only one out of ten will answer "satisfied"!

Why are they not satisfied? Nine out of ten answers are similar!

One: No authority. "I can't make any decisions," "The boss always interferes directly"...

Two: Insufficient resources. "With such limited investment, how is it possible to do well?" "What do we have compared to other companies?"...

Three: Lack of trust. "The boss always doubts his subordinates," "Whenever there's a problem, he assumes it's our fault"...

Four: No time. "I'm busy all day, where do I have time to study and improve?" "There's just no way to keep up; some things can only be put aside"...

Ask the regular employees: Are you satisfied with your supervisor?

Do you believe it or not, only one out of ten will answer "satisfied"!

Why are they not satisfied? Nine out of ten answers are similar!

One: Poor ability. "He's worse than me in ### aspects," "How did this manager even manage to get here?"

Two: Self-serving. "He keeps me running around while he goes home first," "His income is N times ours; does his contribution really exceed ours by N times?"...

Three: Favoritism. "The manager only trusts a few people," "The manager is classmates with him (from Inner Mongolia Tongliao talent network), how can we compare?"...

Four: Lack of employee development. "He always keeps the important things to himself, so we can't learn," "He occupies this position, leaving us with little chance for further promotion."...

Wow (Inner Mongolia recruitment), what should we do? For middle and upper-level employees, the boss is dissatisfied, the subordinates are dissatisfied, and they themselves are dissatisfied. If these three kinds of dissatisfaction spread, how can the company improve? Do you believe it or not, if the boss is satisfied, the other two satisfactions will also have solutions. -- December 4, 2008, 4:51 AM by David Chen
