One weekend, the girl went out to run errands. The boy had originally planned to look for her, but upon hearing that she was busy, he dropped the idea. He stayed at home all day without contacting her, thinking that since she was busy, it would be inappropriate to disturb her.
The girl cried until she couldn't cry anymore, but no amount of regret could change what had happened. She could only mourn the joy and happiness the boy brought her through small memories.
When the girl picked up the boy's watch, she clearly noticed that the hands had stopped near 12:35.
The boy was frantic, calling the girl's mobile phone repeatedly, but each time, the call was hung up. When he called her home phone, there was no answer, leading him to guess that the girl had unplugged the phone line. The boy quickly grabbed his clothes and rushed out the door; he was going to the girl’s house. It was 12:25 at the time.
Unbeknownst to the boy, while the girl was busy, she still thought about him. However, after not receiving any news from him all day, she became very upset. After returning home in the evening, she sent a text message to the boy with harsh words, even mentioning a breakup. It was midnight at the time.
Five years passed, and the boy still loved the girl as much as ever.
The boy loved the girl deeply and cared about her immensely. So every time they argued, the boy always said it was his fault, even when it wasn’t. He didn’t want the girl to be angry.
On the second day, the girl received a call from the boy’s mother, who was sobbing uncontrollably on the other end of the line. The boy had been in a car accident the previous night. The police reported that excessive speed caused the brakes to fail, resulting in a collision with a broken-down truck on the side of the road. By the time the ambulance arrived, it was too late.
That night, the boy never called the girl again.
The boy’s mother gave the girl the items found on his person at the time of the accident: his wallet, watch, and the blood-stained cell phone. Inside the wallet, the girl found her picture, along with a poem about spring flowers, now soaked with blood covering more than half of it.
The girl suddenly realized that after the accident, the boy had used his last ounce of strength to call her, but she hadn’t answered because she was still upset. The boy no longer had the strength to dial again; he left this world with infinite longing and regret for the girl.
There was a couple. The girl was beautiful, very understanding, and occasionally came up with mischievous ideas to tease the boy. The boy was smart, well-behaved, and most importantly, had a great sense of humor. He always found ways to make the girl laugh during their time together. The girl appreciated the boy's optimistic nature.
At 12:40, the girl received another call from the boy's phone, but she hung up again.
(The touching story)
The girl, suppressing her sorrow, went to the parking lot where the accident vehicle was stored. She wanted to see the last place the boy had been. The car was completely wrecked. The steering wheel and dashboard were still stained with the boy's blood.
The girl would never know what the boy wanted to say to her in those final moments. She also knew that no one would ever love her as much as this boy did...
They always got along well, and the girl felt a gentle affection for the boy, saying he was like family to her.
