Yoshihiko Noda to Become New Prime Minister of Japan

(ECNS) -- Japan's Finance Minister Yoshihiko Noda made a comeback to defeat Banri Kaieda, the country's economy and industry minister, in the second round of voting for the Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ) leadership election held on the 29th. Noda was elected as the new party leader and will serve as the next prime minister.
