On April 12, the national agricultural machinery purchase subsidy program began to be organized and implemented in Moqi, with the first batch of central subsidies amounting to 7.5 million yuan (including 1.2 million yuan for corn harvesting machinery). To date, 6.4662 million yuan of the central subsidy funds have been allocated, subsidizing a total of 471 units of machinery. In order to properly handle this year's agricultural machinery purchase subsidy work, the Moqi Agricultural Machinery Management Center promptly reported the spirit of the Autonomous Region and Municipal Agricultural Machinery Purchase Subsidy Work Conference to the flag government and the leaders of the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Bureau, and established a leading group to further clarify responsibilities and carefully organize the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy. In order to successfully complete this work, 3,000 copies of the agricultural machinery subsidy publicity materials were distributed, and a one-week voice broadcast of the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy was carried out on the flag TV station, making the subsidy policy content, procedures, and requirements widely known to all households, including the series of garden management knives. Innovative measures were taken by assigning dedicated personnel to operate the purchase process, clarifying job responsibilities, and coordinating uniformly to ensure the standardized and scientific implementation of the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy work. In order to ensure that the agricultural machinery purchase subsidy policy truly benefits the people, identity verification was conducted for farmers coming to handle purchases, requiring them to provide identification documents and village-level certification. Meanwhile, all staff members of the Moqi Agricultural Machinery Product Quality Complaint Station supervised the supply enterprises around the clock, mainly responsible for carefully verifying and registering the purchased machinery by enterprise, brand, and township. They also took on-site photos of the purchasers with their purchased subsidized machinery for record-keeping purposes, and only after the purchaser signed would the subsidy machinery be released.
