Analysis and inspection: It is judged that the rotor of the dehydration motor is jammed in the stator and cannot rotate.

Handling measures: First, remove the dehydrator bucket, loosen the end cover screw, gently tap the end face of the shaft with a wooden hammer to separate the rotor from the stator. Use sandpaper to remove rust on the surface of the two cores, and use a hairdryer to blow away the rust powder in the stator coil. Wet the rusted part of the bearing with kerosene, hold the end face of the shaft extending out of the core and rub it left and right, and add kerosene while rotating to remove rust. Add appropriate lubricating oil in the bearing. When replacing the seal, choose the same model and machine type rubber seal. First, wipe off the water marks and dirt in the fixed parts and grooves, then apply CJ-91 type adhesive, stick it together, and solidify for 24 hours before installing and using it.

Fault phenomenon: The motor does not rotate during dehydration, with a buzzing sound.
