Uneven placement of the spray pipe or clothes in the dehydration bucket can cause bucket collision; 2. The three shock absorption springs of the dehydration bucket are not at the same height, causing the dehydration bucket axis to be misaligned with the dehydration motor axis, resulting in collision during operation; 3. The coupling tray is not perpendicular to the axis, causing the dehydration bucket axis to be misaligned with the dehydration motor axis, leading to bucket collision. The fault reason in this case is the third one.
Resolution: After replacing the coupling assembly, the fault was eliminated.
