On August 28 this year at noon, after drinking, when luring his 12-year-old great-niece Xiaohua failed, he used violent means to rape her. Yesterday morning, Mr. Liu was sentenced to seven years in prison for rape by the Chu Zhou District Court, and his political rights were deprived for one year.
On August 28 this year at noon, Mr. Liu attended a wedding banquet in the village and drank half a catty of alcohol, getting drunk. While wandering around the village, he arrived at his great-niece Xiaohua's house. Seeing the door slightly open, he suddenly thought of Xiaohua's beautiful mother, feeling itchy inside and decided to go in and tease her. After pushing the door open, he saw Xiaohua, who had just turned 12, wearing only a tank top and shorts sitting on the sofa watching TV. He immediately had lewd thoughts, handed her a five-yuan note, and asked if she wanted to sleep with him. She refused. Then Mr. Liu increased his offer, throwing out a hundred-yuan note, but Xiaohua still ignored him. Seeing that bribery didn't work, Mr. Liu had another evil idea and turned to push the bicycle outside her house. Xiaohua stopped him. During the struggle, seeing no one around, Mr. Liu pushed Xiaohua down and forcibly raped her indoors. Fortunately, Xiaohua's father returned home from doing farm work and caught Mr. Liu in the act.
