This carton corresponds to the Bosch control unit types EDC15 (Diesel) and ME7 (Petrol). The EDC15 control unit for diesel engines is installed in models from brands VW, AUDI, SEAT, and SKODA from 1999 onwards.
The ME7 control unit for petrol engines from 1.6 I upwards is also installed in models from brands VW, AUDI, SEAT, and SKODA.
Additionally backed up are control unit types ME7.5, ME7.5.1, ME7.1, ME7.1.1.
Utilization:
Simply plug the Drive Box EDC15/ME7 into the vehicle’s diagnostic socket (OBD2). Then set the OBD2 switch to 'OFF' on the Drive box.
After merely 20 to 30 seconds, the immobilizer is DEACTIVATED (IMMO OFF).
NO NEED FOR A COMPUTER!!!
The LED on the tool will start to flash slowly, after a few seconds the LED flashes quickly, meaning the immo feature is disabled.
The automobile will work without a Transponder key!
Recovery: Switch to 'ON' above the Drive box.
After only 20 to 30 seconds, the immobilizer is ACTIVATED (IMMO ON).
