Now Network News - Although only 10 years old, Xiaoli (a pseudonym) has already been "kidnapped" twice. Only, the director and main character of these incidents were herself.

In her young heart, she feels that her parents spoil her younger brother but scold or even beat her at the slightest provocation. Thus, she chose this method to evoke her parents' care.

Yesterday, when discussing this incident, the police officers who participated in "solving the case" still sighed deeply.

A Girl's "Corpse" Found in an Old House

On August 9th, while scavenging at an abandoned house, Grandma Li from Shiyan discovered a woven bag on the ground. She kicked it with her foot, and it felt soft. Thinking it was a corpse, Grandma Li screamed in fright.

Residents hearing her cries rushed over and saw the woven bag still moving. A bold resident tore the bag open and found a girl inside.

As everyone stood shocked, the girl sat up and said her name was Xiaoli. After searching around, they confirmed Xiaoli was the daughter of Mr. Li, who lived nearby. Subsequently, Xiaoli was sent home.

Xiaoli told her father that in the afternoon, six people had put her in a woven bag and carried her to the back mountain, leaving her in the abandoned house until someone else found her. Mr. Li immediately reported the incident.

After several days of investigation, the police found many people present at the scene during the incident, making it impossible for the kidnappers to take the girl under everyone's watchful eyes. The case was full of doubts.

Disappearing with Her Brother

The matter wasn't over yet. At around 6 p.m. on August 28th, Mr. Li noticed his daughter Xiaoli and son Xiao Jun (a pseudonym) were missing. He searched everywhere without finding them.

Recalling the previous time Xiaoli claimed she was kidnapped, which remained unsolved, Mr. Li and his wife realized something was wrong and suspected their daughter had been kidnapped again. But by 1 a.m. the next morning, they still hadn't found the children. With no other choice, Mr. Li reported the incident.

The police officers from Dongyue Public Security Bureau conducted a search with police dogs. Around 10 a.m. on August 29th, the police found Xiaoli and Xiao Jun in an abandoned house about 1 kilometer away from where the Lis lived. When the police found Xiaoli, there was not a trace of fear on her face.

To Test if Her Parents Loved Her

Subsequently, Xiaoli and Xiao Jun were taken back to the criminal investigation team. Xiaoli said that the day before, she and her younger brother had been kidnapped and locked inside the house by the kidnappers.

Since there was no sign of any kidnappers, Xiaoli's parents didn't receive any ransom calls, and neither Xiaoli nor Xiao Jun had any injuries, the police determined that Xiaoli was lying. They then separated Xiaoli and Xiao Jun for questioning.

Xiao Jun told the police that they weren't kidnapped by others; rather, Xiaoli had brought him to the house.

Realizing her lies were exposed, Xiaoli confessed to the police that her parents usually pitied her younger brother and showed little concern for her. Therefore, she orchestrated the first "kidnapping" to test whether her parents cared about her.

The second "kidnapping" occurred because the day before, she had played outside late into the evening and was worried about being scolded by her parents upon returning home. So, she took her younger brother and disappeared, fabricating the kidnapping story while also wanting to see her parents' reaction.

Xiaoli's parents said that as a couple working hard to support their two children, life pressures were significant. They often resorted to beating and scolding Xiaoli when she misbehaved, causing her to become introverted and rarely speak. They indulged Xiao Jun more due to his young age, inadvertently neglecting Xiaoli.

Education experts from Hubei Medical University stated that parents are a child's first teachers. The effectiveness of education depends not only on educational content and motivation but more significantly on how parents educate their children.

In the process of parents educating their children, family emotional education is particularly important. Besides improving methods of family education, parents should strive to create a harmonious and relaxed family emotional education atmosphere, cultivating through family emotional education a child with good psychological qualities, interpersonal communication skills, and a spirit of cooperation.

Xiaoli's parents did not pay attention to the methods of educating their child, resorting to beating and scolding at every opportunity, leading to changes in the child's emotions. Moreover, they failed to notice these emotional changes, causing emotional distortion in the child, ultimately resulting in this farce.
