June 24, Jiangsu China Network (reporter Cheng Yuan) - After the evening of June 18 when some citizens discovered unidentified luminous objects in the sky above Nanjing, yesterday another citizen accidentally captured an image of unidentified luminous objects above Nanjing.
An Internet user named yuhongspace posted on Xici with the title "Unidentified Flying Objects Spotted Above Shangyuan Gate". In the post, he mentioned that due to clear weather, he brought his camera to Mufu Mountain in Shangyuan Gate, Nanjing, to take pictures facing the Yangtze River Bridge and Jinling Shipyard. Through the photos provided by this Internet user, we found that there are indeed four bright spots in the dark sky, emitting a faint green light, as if shining down from the sky. The Internet user said that he took the photos using long exposure. If it was a plane, it should have left a curved trail of light, but at the time there were no planes flying overhead.
He also mentioned that he could not see any abnormalities in the sky with the naked eye; only the photos revealed them. "The bright spots are located in the middle of the Yangtze River, so they are unlikely to be glowing kites. Besides, it was quite late, and the probability of someone flying glowing kites on Mufu Mountain would be small," the Internet user wrote in the post, "After about ten minutes, they disappeared, and no lights from small flying objects were seen in the sky again."
As for what exactly these unidentified luminous objects are, our website reporter will continue to follow up.
Comments welcome. I want to comment.
