John's Three Children
According to the UK's Daily Telegraph on November 29, recently, the police in Ohio, USA, are making every effort to find three missing boys. It is reported that these three children were neither lost nor abducted, but given away by their father. The reason this confused father gave his sons away was because he was determined to commit suicide. However, he did not want his sons to witness his death and be traumatized, so he contacted an online friend to take them away. Unexpectedly, things went awry, and he failed to die. When he went to look for his children, the online friend had already disappeared with them, leaving him with no choice but to swallow his mistake.
On November 28, the Ohio police responded to this case by saying that after four days of investigation, there was still no new progress. They speculated that the situation of these three children was very dangerous, as they might have been abducted or secretly hidden by the runaway online friend. While announcing the progress of the investigation, the police spokesperson also condemned the confused father who caused the current situation - 39-year-old John Skelton from Morainsi City, Ohio.
Recently, after divorcing his wife, John was granted custody of the three children by the court. After the divorce, John became extremely depressed and had suicidal thoughts. However, since he had three sons, he did not want the sight of his death to leave a shadow on their minds, so he considered sending them away. He decided to find a good place for his sons before dying. But John was also worried about his suicide plan being leaked, so he didn't want to send the children to relatives. Instead, he discussed this problem with his best female online friend, Taylor. Unexpectedly, Taylor, who lived in Jackson, Michigan, was very enthusiastic and wanted to adopt John's three sons - 9-year-old Andrew, 7-year-old Alexander, and 5-year-old Tanner. However, John wasn't foolish enough to fully believe Taylor's words. He discussed with Taylor, hoping that she could send the children to their mother after his death. Unexpectedly, Taylor readily agreed.
On November 25, after Taylor took the three children away, John hung himself at home without any worries. However, contrary to his wishes, he was saved by a friend who happened to come over. After being sent to the hospital and revived, John remembered that he needed to retrieve his sons, but at this point, he could no longer contact Taylor online. Realizing something was wrong, John reported it to the police. However, the police did not find Taylor in the population records of Michigan, meaning that John had given his three sons to a complete stranger whom he knew nothing about. Now, the police can only solve the case based on the clue provided by John that Taylor owns a silver van. Compiled by Zhu Lei
