The busy XX period is coming to an end, and the challenging XX year is on the horizon. Why was it so busy? Because this year's title computer training reached a peak with large numbers of people participating in both training and exams. Everyone might still remember that summer without a break, when our computer teachers focused their efforts and fought a beautiful battle. At the same time, accounting computerization training was also carried out. The computers were overloaded, and so were our teachers. Even though it's winter now, recalling those days still makes me feel the heat wave rushing toward us. I regret being a deserter, but fortunately, the harvest of autumn was shared by everyone. This year, we trained a total of 756 people and held 1068 exams. The work was tough, but seeing students smiling as they walked out of the exam room made us feel that this was the greatest reward for us, and all the effort was worth it. Looking back at this year's work, I believe there are many highlights.

1. Proper arrangements and excellent services. Under the leadership of Teacher Tang, the Training Department carefully planned these several rounds of training. From registration and fee collection to computer lab arrangement, from后勤保障to power and air conditioning, including the cleanliness of the labs and the opening and closing of the lab doors, these tasks seem unrelated to class, but if one day they were not properly handled, the troubles endured by students under the scorching sun would be directed towards our Training Department. Flawless work showcases our strong support system, leadership support, and team strength. Students' issues are no small matter. A few days ago, the Suzhou Evening News reported about the foreign language class of the Chaori School on Ganjiang Road where students showed up but no teacher opened the door. Such trivial matters caused conflicts in training which eventually became unmanageable. We should thank the teachers in the Training Department for their hard work. Although conditions weren't perfect, they created a caring environment that ensured the success of our training work.

2. Strong sense of responsibility among training teachers and teamwork spirit. During the summer, our training teachers were also quite busy. They had to take care of their families and children while attending various trainings and learning sessions. Teaching schedules were tight with no room for adjustment. Everyone supported each other, united as one, exchanging teaching experiences. Although changes in teachers may cause dissatisfaction among students, we did well in maintaining uniform content and exercises, ensuring no inconvenience to the students. During the training process, I felt that students were our best motivation. I had a night class, and a few students came from Mudu. They always ate dry food upon arriving at school and took the last bus home, rarely missing classes. They were really hardworking, and if I didn't put in some extra effort to teach every class well, I truly felt somewhat sorry for them.

3. Computer maintenance in place, detailed examination preparation. In the sweltering heat and under intense usage, computer maintenance was crucial. Our computer teachers often took advantage of breaks during class to repair machines. Engineer Xu also kept watch during the summer vacation, inspecting each computer lab one by one, ensuring that six labs ran normally throughout the summer. With such a large number of examinees, exams were held simultaneously in two labs. To ensure error-free exams, meticulous preparations were made from the examination server to the test machines, with careful testing. Despite unprecedented numbers of examinees, the entire examination process went smoothly without any errors.

Of course, there were some problems during the training process. Each of us needs to reflect on the past, identify shortcomings, and improve ourselves. As students continue to progress and levels keep rising, the pressure on us grows as well. How to develop educational materials based on textbooks that are practical, suited to student characteristics, and connect exams with real-world applications is the next issue we need to address. Our continuous growth is the driving force behind training. Only by doing so can we achieve greater success in the XX year.
