Many students dislike being student leaders, but this kind of training can be obtained through such roles. If you can organize student clubs and activities yourself, it will test and enhance your independent leadership skills even more.

6. Learning Abilities: Acquiring new knowledge and skills, solidifying your abilities, and sometimes acknowledging your own limitations. Establish channels for obtaining resources and learning, improve and elevate these channels, motivate team learning, and manage the pace of change during the learning process.
