Smoking less, consuming fewer stimulating drinks, and ensuring sleep also helps keep the skin soft and smooth. Additionally, note avoiding artificial additives, eat less fried food, be cautious with hormones and contraceptives as they can directly lead to hyperpigmentation and freckle generation.
■ During sleep, the skin naturally repairs the damage suffered during the day and more effectively absorbs nutrients, inhibiting melanin formation to achieve a multiplier effect on whitening.
