Yesterday, in the construction waste landfill of Shuitun Village, Duan Store Town, Huaiyin District, as three demolition machines continuously waved their arms, more than 3000 square meters of illegal buildings were forcibly demolished. This was also the first wild real estate project that Duan Store Town forcibly demolished after the performance evaluation results of Jinan's legal rectification of illegal and unauthorized construction were announced.
A relevant person in charge of the Huaiyin District Urban Management and Law Enforcement Bureau introduced that this construction waste landfill covered nearly 30 mu (approximately 5 acres), and had been abandoned for a long time. Not long ago, there were still big pits in the yard, but no one knows when they were quietly filled up and buildings were erected. At the end of May, after the law enforcement officers of the bureau discovered it during inspection, they repeatedly required them to stop work and make corrections, but the construction unit ignored it. These buildings did not have land use permits or planning permits, and thus belonged to wild real estate projects. According to regulations, they decided to legally force the demolition of this wild real estate project.
It is understood that the construction unit of this illegal building was the Shuitun Village Committee. The planned design after construction was six floors plus an attic, with a floor area exceeding 60,000 square meters, and a sales office had already been set up for external sales. Before the forced demolition, the urban management department had already legally shut down the sales office of this real estate project.
The urban management department reminds citizens that when purchasing a house, they must check whether the real estate project has relevant certificates such as land permits and planning permits. Do not buy those wild real estate projects without relevant certificates to avoid unnecessary losses. (Reporter: Duan Deguo)
